What is the difference between the Broker, Trucking, and Small Fleet Verisons?

The Small Fleet product is designed for the smallest user. It can be configured for Owner Operators or Small Fleets.  It is a single user product only.  It can accommodate direct customer invoicing or settlements from the carrier you are leased to.

The Brokerage version is our full transportation product designed for brokers, forwarders and third party logistics companies. It offers a wide range of features and options, including multiple accounting system support and multiple users.

The Trucking version extends the features of the brokerage edition to provide vehicle information, driver files/safety, fuel taxes, owner/operator settlements and other truck specific functions.  For those companies who offer both services, the Trucking edition has a Brokerage add on module.

What accounting systems are supported.?

The Broker and Trucking Editions support QuickBooks, PeachTree and Business Std!. The small fleet version only supports Quickbooks.

Is the product a Multi User system?

The Broker and Trucking versions support multiple clients. The data files are located on your server, with the client program loaded on each workstation.  You may load the product on as many computers as you need, and our licensing system will control the user counts.

Is this a Web based application, or does my data reside on my Server?

Your data resides on your server.  Our software never communicates back with our servers, and you have full control over the security and access of your programs and data.

Is there a required annual License?

NO, our system requires no annual license. Once you own it, it is yours.
