The report selection criteria screen is an intelligent selection screen. Based on the report you chose, the system makes available the criteria that apply to your report, and disables the other criteria fields. The top half of the selection screen contain the criteria. The Gray square in the middle contains date ranges.  You may select dates dynamically, such as “This Quarter” or you may specify specific dates. The lower portion allows you select the report output. All reports have Print, Preview and PDF archive selections.
