Planned loads are those loads that you have assigned to a driver, but that driver is currently on another active load.  This status will only be used if you are using the double dispatch protection. A driver may have as many pending loads wating as necessary. As they complete their current loads, you will be prompted to pick the next load from a list of the pending loads for the driver.
