The E.R.T. Trucking edition comes standard with a BASIC fuel tax system. This system will track your miles and fuel purchases, and provide you with State and/or vehicle mileage and fuel purchase reports. If you have a mileage interface, the E.R.T. Trucking edition will lookup the state by state miles for you.
If you need an Advance Fuel Tax interface, we have recently developed an interface to the ProMiles fuel tax system. The fuel tax system from ProMiles is sold as a component of the ProMiles XF system (it may be purchased as a stand alone system). It is an industry standard fuel tax system that us used by many states for conducting audits. We have taken advantage of their recently released interface and have made the ProMiles fuel tax system our Advanced Fuel Tax Option. If you are using this interface, our system will not only record your miles and fuel purchases, but will send the entire trip to ProMiles Fuel Tax for enhance calculation and reporting.
