The driver scheduling view will show the current loads that each of your drivers is on.  If you are using the Double Dispatch prevention preference, each driver will have only one load in this screen (except LTL shipments that are consolidated).  If you are not using the double dispatch protection, a driver could have multiple active loads. Each load will indicate if it is Enroute or Picked up.
