The Billing Tab provides an interface to the billing system. From here you may view all loads available for billing, select the ones to process, print your bills, reprint bills, record payments received, post commissions if you are an agent for another carrier, and add billing notes.  The carrier payment processing is also available on this tab. You may set a carrier bill up for payment, place a payment on hold, change a pay status, and issue/track advances.
